You can count me as another person who doesn't believe that "supporting
the kids" and "criticizing the coaches" are mutually exclusive. As much
as I hate to degrade someone's opinion based on how its communicated,
that letter is poorly written and almost incoherent in some parts.. I'm
surprised that someone would publish it without polishing it a bit
more. Maybe it could use some Pedey-shine (if you listen to 1620: the
zone in Omaha that might be funny). And yea, I know I've made more than
my fair share of grammatical mistakes over the years, so fire away :)

I will cheer loudly for the Huskers tomorrow (after driving 400 miles
just to get here, as I've done for every home game this year). But I'm
also not going to listen to people who would choose to bury their head
in the sand and suggest that "pointing fingers" and "complaining" is not
appropriate. I'm complaining about the athletic director and coaches
because I care about the long-term success of the Huskers. Every Husker
fan who is complaining, whether loudly or passively, cares about this
program every bit as much as the author of this letter.
