This is just more proof that he will never be the right man for the job.
If a real coach got torched in a record setting way, he would say something
like, "Obviously what we tried didn't work.  We'll have to try something
else next time".

Half of coaching/leadership/etc is admitting something didn't work and
moving on to something that does.

Wow...How much do you think Pellini would have rushed only 3?  Even if he
had 3 down lineman, I bet $500 there would be someone else coming from
somewhere else on the field (and he'd mix it up so you didn't know from
where).

Against OSU (who also runs the spread) I think we should just rush 2 so that
we have even more people covering their 'spread'.
