Bob has posted this in different ways, e.g., noting that he hasn't heard
anyone of substance critique Cosgrove. I don't know what this matters.
I may not know more about "defense than some guy that sits in row 90 in
the Soutwest corner and had three pitchers of beer before he got to the
stadium", but I don't really have to. I'm not a great golfer, but I can
tell whether or not someone else is playing great golf. Because I'm not
a good golfer, does that mean I can't say someone else isn't getting the
job done on the course? Really, it comes down to results. Look at the
results, Bob; if Cosgrove is doing a great job, why is the result of his
work so bad? And, if it is bad, why are the observations about the
nature of the failings so suspect?

Funny, it seems that Osborne wanted to be a head coach and that Devaney
stepped down before he otherwise would have in order to keep Osborne
here. It seems that Solich wanted to be a head coach and that Osborne
stepped down before he otherwise would have in order to keep Solich here.
So Pelini wants to be a head coach. How is that an ego problem? Can
you name someone besides Pederson with whom Pelini had an "ego" problem?
Maybe the problem wan't Pelini's.
