That is always a question to deal with. You can't just say "it's been
nice Bill but don't let the door hit you in the back end on the way out",
go wash your hands and it is over. Didn't Callahan just sign a five year
contract? What ever the length of the contract if he is terminated he would
have to be bought out. Long term contracts are great if it is someone you
want to keep but if not they can really bind you up.
