The first 3 seasons for FS, his worst offense didn't
average less than BC's best and the FS defense's worst
year gave up an average of 1 point more than BC's best
defense.
Solich's first 3 teams finished with these rankings:

I know, I know, FS won with TO's players.  However,
what did BC do with FS's players?

I am not trying to start up the FS debate again. 
However, SP fired one of OUR boys and brought in a
coach with no personality, no fire (at least from what
I see), no appreciation for the NU traditions, and who
had minimal success as a head coach.  He took a good
team from John Gruden to a Super Bowl and got clocked.
 The next year, they tanked and he got fired. 
Remember all the sound bites such as, "this has to be
the dumbest team in America", which continued here
with the F##kin' Hillbillies comment, etc.
I know that there are many players on this defense who
would be glad to see Coz go.
Is it too late to beg Pellini to come back?

SP has disposed of many traditions, some big, some
small.  It is interesting that while at Pitt, HE
mandated that they would no longer be called Pitt,
they were Pittsburgh.  He changed the logo and the
colors, to some degree.  The year after he left, they
went back to being called Pitt and back to the pre-SP
logo.
I blame SP.  Makes me wish $Bill was still the AD.  I
never thought I would say that.
