[Husker] CoachCallahan.com is no more

My guess is that TO is busy attending to the football fire and once he has that under control he will supervise the other programs. Football is still the cash cow so that is where his focus should be until it is somewhat settled.

I have to agree with "Sue" on this one. SP did well in many areas, and if
the football team had gone at least 9-3, with losses only to USC, TX, and
Missouri, he would still be here. Face it...football is king at the
University of Nebraska-Lincoln. (not that I mind, however)
On a corollary note, how much has Tom Osborne taken an interest into the
other programs? Has he spoken with the Head Coaches of the other
departments, and if so, has he laid down any expectations for them, just as
he did for the Football program?
Someone on the list mentioned that SP was fired, not because of the Football
program, but rather because of the atmosphere he created. Besides "healing"
the wounds of the Football season, how has he fostered a better working
atmosphere for the entire athletic department?
