Historically, NU is a powerhouse. However, at the moment NU is at the
VERY bottom of the Div I teams as well - especially on D. 

I think we have more talent than Buffalo and the right coach could
turn it around fairly quickly at NU going back to fundamentals and
good coaching/play calling. 

Gill has more of a challenge at Buffalo in some ways because the
tradition of excellence doesn't exist like it does at NU and I'm sure
the facilities are not as good as they are in Lincoln. He also has it
easier at Buffalo because the "just win, baby" expectation hasn't
been ingrained in the fans for the past 40 years. 

Just my 2 cents.
