That assumes that Bo (or whomever ends up being head coach) would even WANT
Turner Gill as OC. Coaches normally want someone they know or are
comfortable with philosophically-speaking. I don't think TO will make hiring
Turner Gill-as-OC a prerequisite for offering the head coach position to his
top candidate. At this point, TO expects the new head coach to "consider"
retaining some of the existing assistants, but it is not required.
