Mike,

I completely agree with you that Bo as DC is NOT even a remote possibility
(I think he will be an HC somewhere next year).  FYI, most LSU fans think
that even if he doesn't land an HC job this year, he won't be back to LSU.

I will say though, Turner as an assistant is less farfetched (even though I
still don't think it would happen) than you think.

OC @ NU vs HC @ Buffalo is probably much more of a lateral move than a step
back.  You have to remember, that while Buffalo is Div I (or Bowl Series
whatever), it is considered at the VERY bottom of Div I.  Up until this
year, Buffalo and Duke were competing for the "Should be Div II or I-a"
award.

Again, I still don't think it happens, but with Turner's devotion to both Dr
Tom and to UNL, I certainly wouldn't rule it out and if it would be a step
back for him, it wouldn't be a very big step back.

I do agree with you that this was more smoke created by wishful Husker fans
than anything else though :)
