Fairly reliable sources on a board or two are reporting that Tom
Osborne has received permission to talk to Cincinatti head coach Brian
Kelly. Kelly has turned the Bearcats into a top 25 program. Not sure
what his contract or buyout situation is, but it shows Tom is
definitely not locking on to his primary receiver(s) and going through
his progressions. :)
