What exactly causes the hesitation surrounding Turner Gill as Nebraska head coach?  Is it the "he's not ready" opinion?  If so, why exactly isn't he "ready"?  What qualifies someone as being "ready" for Nebraska?  I confess to thinking much along the same lines, until I really questioned what that meant.  He now has head coaching experience, although only two years.  He's spent enough time in the Nebraska system, so he would seem to be "ready" in that regard.  Just curious as to what people's thoughts are.

Also, does anyone foresee a realistic scenario where both Turner and Bo come back to Nebraska?
