     You are particularly amazing.  Why do you really care what I think or
     don't think?  Most on the list don't care at all how I feel about
     anything.  But, sigh, I'll try to answer your question.  Callahan with
     the current staff intact has got to go.  If adjustments could be made to
     the staff then maybe not.  That is the best I can answer the question. 
     On one hand you have an offense that is pretty good to very good.  On the
     other hand you have a defense that was pretty bad.  If you want an answer
     then everything as it is he's gone.  But, I think that is pretty obvious.
