Ok - Osborne picks up Pelini and then goes to Atlanta to pick up some legal  
help.  They all board the plane to get Gill.  Osborne has asked  Pelini  to 
give him the benefit of the doubt - so he comes along.   They pick up Gill and 
have a meeting where Dr Tom gives them an offer they can't  refuse.  They will 
become co-head coaches at 1.2 Mil per year each.   Gill the offense - Pelini 
the defense  - with for the first year Dr.  Tom  as the HEAD coach.  After the 
first year - the higher ranked  offense or defense becomes the HEAD coach and 
the other is  Assistant Head  Coach.  After that first year it rotates.  A 
first ever Dual Head  Coach, recruits flock here under this amazing system.   And 
by the way  ...after a first year National Championship -Pelini is the first 
HEAD coach -  beating Gills Offense by 5 places in the national rankings!!!
