If Missouri beats OU this week, they are in the National Championship game.  No doubt.  They will go into the game, number 1 in the country and face either Ohio State or West Virginia.  There is no way the BCS will keep a one loss Missouri team out of this game.  

BTW, NU didn't lose to CU in the Big 12 championship game in 2001.  We lost to them the day after Thanksgiving.  FYI, both CU and NU are in the Big 12 North and can't play each other in the Big 12 Championship game. That game pits the North and the South champions.
