Alvarez is a good guy, but Cosgrove was his defensive coordinator at 
Wisconsin.  I am too afraid that he will make that mistake again, 
especially since Cosgrove is still technically on NU's payroll.  Also, 
he's been out of coaching for a few years.  NU needs to go with somebody 
who is still in the game.
