I agree with you.  I posted the same thing several weeks ago and was accused
of being a conspiracy nut.  I still believe SP & BC knew before the season
began that the defense was suspect and were protecting themselves in case
the season didn't go well.  I don't think of it as a conspiracy but just
protecting number one which is a normal human trait.  Don

Good point.

Something a few of us have been discussing since the firing rumblings
began...isn't it strange that THEN AD SP got a contract renewal with an
apparent buyout clause (which is common) this summer, and he in turn
prematurely renewed BC's contract (with a buyout clause) just a couple games
into the season...anyone else smell something funny, or is it just me?
