I dont think that is likely to happen. TO said he is looking for someone to be
here for the long term. BA cant be that much younger then TO so that would
really exclude him wouldn't it. Barry has to be in his 60's doesn't he? I
would think if we are looking long term we are looking for someone younger.
Also is it even really possible to do both jobs long term? The AD has a hell
of alot to do and how does he work coaching into that kind of a day. To me BA
would be nothing more then a figure head as a coach and not really what we
would need.

And yes I know BA is the AD at Wisconsin and has been a head football coach so
he knows what both jobs entail but I just dont see how it would be possible to
give both jobs the attention that they need. And I do like Barry. Thought he
was someone we should have talked to when Frank was fired.

Barry Alvarez will be 61 on December 30th. That is not real old but it
but be difficult at that age to do both jobs.

candidates for the HC position. I seriously like the idea of Barry Alvarez in
a dual role (AD/HC).
