He also mentioned a few times that it wasn't the losses, but how they 
lost. If the losses were competitive, by a touchdown or less, then they 
wouldn't be so damaging. Blowouts are signs of bigger problems. I think 
he mentioned that the Kansas blowout pretty much sealed Callahan's fate.
