I have uncovered a reliable predictor for the outcome of husker
games.  This is amazing.  It's like the Bermuda Triangle.

I analyzed the results of Denver Broncos games on weeks in which
they and the huskers played teams with approximately the same
record.  There is a strong correlation: y = 1.32x + 11.2 (R=0.94), where y is
the husker margin of victory (or loss) and x is the Broncos margin.
The games are as follows.

Week Denver Husker
9/7 Denver beats Bills by 1, Huskers beat WF by 3
9/22 Den loses to Jakcsonville by 9, NU beats Ball by 1 (Husker D
played poor enough to lose by 9)
10/6 Den loses to SD by 38, NU loses to MU by 35
10/28 Den nearly upsets GB but loses in OT by 6 on huge play; NU
nearly upsets TX but loses by 3 on several big plays in the 4th quarter
11/4 Den loses to Detroit by 37, NU loses to KU by 37
11/10 Den beats KC by 16, NU beats KSU by 42 (skewed by senior day)

On Monday, Den beat Tennessee by 14, so the Huskers will beat CU by
almost 30 points. Bet everything. It will happen. :) Huskers and
buffs have the same record and Den and TN have nearly the same record.
Other correlations: Den is 30th in the NFL against the run, Huskers
are 114th in Div IA.
