     The following article talks about the kind of staff Osborne had
     throughout the years and how few Head Coaches or Head Coaching prospects
     came out of the Osborne system. There was a comment about Osborne being
     stupid or lieing if he doesn't realize Callahan has to go and that
     decision is already made.  I think TO both by the nature of the man and
     the position he holds as AD is going to look at it a lot differently than
     fans will.  Plus, he has been in Callahan's shoes as a Head Coach.  
 
 
     In the fans mind it is a done deal.  Callahan is gone.  TO not having
     been the AD for the majority of the season wants to evaluate and be fair.
     Once the season is done and no more games are left for which to prepare
     evaluations will begin.  I certainly have a lot more respect for TO that
     way than if he came in and immediately said "I am here to fire Callahan's
     butt".  I have no idea what will happen any more than 99% of the people
     do.  As I have said before I will not be shocked if Callhan goes or is
     retained.  I could see possibilities of either happening.  I am more
     leaning toward he is gone but I will not be shocked if he isn't.  And, I
     am only talking Callahan.  I WILL be shocked if Cosgrove is still around.
