      I am not at all defending Joe Glenn for his actions but the major 
difference is Glenn is the Head Coach.  Bo Pelini, as Defensive Coordinator, 
was way out of line climbing all over the opponent's Head Coach.  If Snyder 
needed to be climbed on Solich should have been the one to do that not 
Pelini. Pelini was way big time overstepping his boundaries.
