But that is from the defensive side - HE MUST GET RID OF COSGROVE -   If he 
does that(fires Cosgrove) -  I Hope he  stays!   The offense is a good idea- He 
is learning and he wanted to  invite the Alums back... but it was not 
allowed.  HE coaches it  well. He has learned - But if he can't  fire cosgrove   he 
has to go.
