I up to this point thought BC might just be getting a lot of bad press and I
have been reserving judgment lest I be judged myself; but after today's
press conference I can easily label the guy a Jack-A$$ with a clear
conscience.

Great game Team, give the boys the credit, they were great.

I am about ready to buy a seat on the GROC bus.

I went back and listened to the presser, because I wanted to hear the
context and wow.

He even was done answering another question and before another question
could be asked (paraphrasing):

"I want to go back to that discussion for just a moment. A lot of people in
the media have vilified this offense telling me it's too complicated and
would never work in college. If you go back and look, we took a JUCO guy
who wasn't really getting any attention and made him the Big XII POY. We
too Sam, who transferred from another school after losing the starting job
and he was on pace to set records. Then we took a guy who was a no-name who
didn't have hardly any Div I offers and put up 900 yards and 11 TDs in two
games. It just goes to show that this offense really works. These numbers,
combined with the fact that in a few games we didn't really even get a
chance to get into our gameplan and we could be even higher ranked. The
numbers don't lie."

Don't dislocate your shoulder trying to pat yourself on the back Bill. I
understand that he takes it very personally and he has a lot of pride, which
isn't always a bad thing, but geesh. Give your players some credit. Talk
about Joe's heart and all around athletic ability. Talk about Sam's work
ethic being scout team POY last year. I will say, he did give a lot of
credit to Lucky and his incredible numbers this year.
