Hey Tim, welcome to the neighborhood.  I'm the only 'Husker Lister I know in
the area.  We had another list member in the area for a while, but the local
TV stations didn't treat him very well, and he wound up moving to some
godforsaken northern industrial suburb of Chicago ...

You might want to be a bit subtle about where you're coming from ... the
Buckeye folk still get a bit twitchy when they hear the word "Florida".  8^)

Unfortunately, we don't have much in the way of community here, at least for
'Husker football watching.  The last time I went to the designated watch
site, it had closed or moved; before that, there were only about 10-20 of us
at the big games.  There is an active alumni group (Central Ohio Alumni
chapter) that has a summer get-together each year in August.  Interestingly,
I met the morning DJ on the top-rated local country station (Woody Johnson
on WCOL, 92.3 FM) at one of the summer parties -- he is from Osceola, and is
a huge 'Husker fan.
