As it was yesterday. The problem, though, may be that it takes too long 
to learn sufficiently well to be effective. (Some observers were saying 
this when Callahan first arrived in Lincoln.) OTOH, it might just 
require a coach who teaches it better and does a better job of adapting 
it to the available personnel.
