[Husker] Coaches - My Thoughts

Fellow Nebraska Cornhusker Fans,
 
I've been "lurking" throughout most of this.  My thoughts for what they're worth follow...
 
I like Callahan's offense.  I believe it's a "thing of beauty" when it's balanced (run/pass) and has a true "field general."  We miss Taylor quite a bit this year.  I don't believe Keller is of that mold.  I believe Ganz is.
 
That said, I'd like to keep this offense in place with a dedicated offensive coordinator (Watson).  Callahan needs to go based on this team's overall performance and the fact he doesn't seem to be able to make adjustments.
 
As for the defense, we need someone that will coach like Bo Pellini did.  This defense needs to attack in opportune moments.  Most of the defensive staff needs to go.  Cosgrove is not the answer.
 
I hate to see a full staff turnover.  I'm not thrilled with the idea of going back to square one with a new scheme on both sides.
