     Well, you obviously can't replace the whole team as easily as you can 
replace the coach/coaches.  But I think you missed my point.  You can't 
attribute the same perception to college kids as you can seasoned adults.  I 
am no different as I lose sight of that a lot as well when talking football. 
They are just as much 19 years old kids as any other kid on campus. 
Emotionally they are kids.  The only difference between them and other kids 
on campus is they can play football on a higher level than most.  Beyond 
that they are just college students.  Jason Peter is always saying on "The 
Spread" that the college athlete demands a more get in you face type 
coaching than does the NFL level because the mental state and attention span 
is so vastly different.  I think that is one of Callahan's biggest mistakes 
in that he coaches these kids like NFL players and that includes the 
assumption they can get themselves ready.
