[Husker] From the stands (Good/Bad/Funny)

Kinda long, but hopefully a good read.

Good:
1) Good energy in the crowd today (I'm sure part of it is because we were
finally winning a game).
2) Loved the Blackshirts knocking Freeman all around the field today
3) I love watching Marlon run like he did today and then hearing from people
that Marlon's no good.  That he can't break a tackle and that he'll never
play a down in the NFL.
4) Blue and Murillo played a LOT today.  Watching them both today makes me
feel VERY good about the future of our defensive backs.
5) Grixby finally broke one and on senior day, hard to script it better than
that.
6) Nunn, who's not our best receiver by a long but has been captain
consistency during the last four years, finally caught a TD this year.
Didn't even mind the celebration penalty.
7) Price Amakamura is F-A-S-T.  When he ran down KSU's fastest player toward
the end of the game, WOW.   Plus, he's a real threat block a punt every
time.  What an athlete.
8) GANZ!  Way to go buddy.  You proved me and other doubters wrong.  You're
a legit starting QB here :)
9) Mo Purify continues to impress and his draft stock had to have shot up
quite a bit over the last two weeks.
10) Much vilified Hardy caught 3 TDs today :)
11) Joba was introduced during the game and got about as big of an ovation
as I've heard ANYONE get in a long time. He was walking along the sidelines
and had about 30 or 40 people crowding around him asking for autographs and
taking pictures.  Joba was classy enough to oblige pretty much everyone down
there and even came back (from the field) to another group on the track.
12) My 8 year old got to go to her 2nd ever football game and had a blast.
Great father and daughter time (killed my wallet buying about every snack
that came by).

Not so good:
1) Callahan leaving Ganz in for that last drive in the 4th Q.  Game was well
in control and had Ganz gotten hurt, we'd be SCREWED in 2 weeks.
2) Callahan having Lucky in running on that last drive.
3) Flyby happened DURING the national anthem (supposed to be after), really
awkward!
4) (For them) Prince's decision to go for it on 4th and 25ish with :30 left
in the half, dumb.
5) Even though it worked out, Callahan doing pretty much the same thing
before Ganz scrambled for 25 yards
6) Callahan running up the score.  I hate KSU about as much as any other
team in the Big XII, but that was too much.  Regarding #1, Ganz was still
throwing the ball deep down the middle on that last drive.

Funny:
1) During the 3rd Q after we had run it up a bit on them, the fans were
doing the wave (I hate the wave).  But everytime it went past the KSU
section and they didn't stand up, everyone booed, quite funny.
2) Whenever KSU scores they do the "K...S...U...Wildcats" and the NU student
section would yell "K....S....U...SUCKS!" and drown them out.
3) Talked to Mike Anderson (he sits right behind me) and told him I couldn't
wait for Feb 29th.  He said, "We start the 22nd".  I replied, "Sorry, I
meant the first home game".  His wife gave him a hard time about a fan
correcting him on his own schedule.  I turned and said, "Do you need me to
do your lineup card too?" to which he replied, "Yeah, could you?".
