According to Wikipedia, Jim Tressel, current  tOSU HC, coached at U of Akron, 
Miami [Ohio] U, Syracuse, OSU [QB Coach],  Youngstown State [1AA] ...finally 
tOSU.
He took Youngstown State to 4  National Championships, and has taken tOSU to 
one so far.
