    I haven't seen this.  You are giving 18-22 years old people a lot of 
credit for insight.  I have a 19 year old son and I have an idea what he 
can perceive and what he can't.  These guys aren't 40 year old business 
men.  They are young people just out of high school.  Maybe if these 
kids can't play for this coach maybe it is because he didn't lay the 
hammer down.  But, more than anything you nailed it.  These are indeed 
kids.  But, because the kids are not perceived as playing for this coach 
is no indicator the coach needs to go.
