I understand what you're saying Mike and with the way they're playing lately
the "couldn't someone else do better" question is very valid.

I still think that regardless of how good you can do the job, a commitment
is a commitment.  He made a promise to those kids and in my opinion, it's
ALWAYS more important to honor that commitment than to just give up and say,
"Someone else can do better".  If nothing else, it should teach the kids
that regardless of circumstances, you should always follow through on your
commitments. 

I know for sure that there aren't many people as hard working and dedicated
as BC.  For everything you can say about him, effort is not lacking at all.
He's the type of guy that's going to work as hard as he can possibly can and
put everything possible into the team until someone tells him he can't do
that anymore.  That's at least worth something in my book.
