[Husker] Spam from a Husker Bulletin Board?

Mike Nolan:  Looks like another Husker bulletin board
used the Husker mailing list (or at least the names of
people who participate) to build a mailing list to
market their system.  Is this against the policies of
the list?

Even if it's not against list policy, it's still
irritating.  (And potentially illegal...)
