I'm not saying I'm in a position to say Gill is better than Pelini or that
Pelini is better than Gill. I just noticed this growing misconception about
their resumes.  A lot of posts assume Pelini is more qualified  (on paper)
than Gill.

But Gill was an assistant coach for more years than Pelini, a coordinator
for more years than Pelini, and Gill will have been a head coach for two
years while Pelini has been a head coach for one game.
