Not to be a jerk, Skylar, but didn't you contradict yourself, i.e., Keller
a much better quarterback, then asking why we didn't throw the ball to
Purify more throughout the season?
We're going to see over the next couple games what Joe Ganz is capable of
doing. He put up 39 points against Kansas, the 8th-ranked team in the
nation. We've only scored more than that twice this season, Nevada and
Ball State.
If this was Keller's season to audition for the NFL, he did a pretty lousy
job of it. Perhaps he had help, but at this point I'd have to say that
Bill Callahan wasn't lying when pre-season he said that these two weren't
that far apart. Too bad he stuck with Keller as long as he did. Ganz
deserved a chance earlier in the season.
