I trust such fears are groundless, and my reasoning is this:

1) Dr. Tom's reputation is on the line, and everyone can rest assured 
that he has not desire to leave NU with a blemish on it.
2) The man not only has a PhD in Educational Psychology but a history 
of making hard personnel choices in the practical world of football.
3) No one knows Nebraska, Nebraskans, and Nebraska football better 
than the good doctor.
