     I don't see anyone named Millikan in there.  To my knowledge the 
Chancellor at UNL cannot be fired by any one person.  It has to be a 
decision by the entire Board of Regents.  To my understanding there is 
no one person above the Chancellor at UNL, only the Board of Regents.  I 
am not trying to put you down.  This is just my understanding.
