I suppose Millikan has the authority.
And lest we forget......Millikan is a Fremont U.S.A. boy who understands the 
NU tradition. I wonder how many back room meetings Millikan has had before 
SP's demise?  I say this because with the re-hire of Meyers, that sends a 
strong message across the board as to which way this entire program and 
especially football program will indeed gravitate.
