But what was the score when these plays happened? And how far into the fourth was it? I would hardly call a 42 yard td run as someone trying to "pour salt in the wound. "

Very quickly, these are from 1994 and 1995.
I'll only list plays involving STARTING QBs. All plays are in the 4th
quarter of blowouts. I also listed the final score. Don't know if these
occurred early, mid, or late in the 4th.

1994
WVU
Frazier 42 yd run for a TD
31-0

TT
Frazier to Alford 35 yd pass for a TD
42-16

UCLA
Frazier to Holbein 9 yd pass for TD
49-21

MU
Berringer to Baul 43 yd pass for TD
42-7

1995
KSU
Frazier to Green for 12 yd TD
49-25
(note...Osborne actually put Frazier and Green back into the game after
sitting them for two series in the 4th qtr. KSU scored 3 times in a row, so
he put all the starters back in).

CU
Frazier 2 yd run for TD
44-21

KU
Frazier 5 yd run for TD
41-3

OU
Frazier to Vedral for 38 yd TD
37-10

Florida
Frazier didn't score in the 4th, but...
Berringer and Phillips both had rushing TDs in the 4th qtr.
He also let Turman take the team down to the goal line before taking a knee.
Could have done that a play earlier.
