      It wouldn't prove anything to fire Perlman.  Actually if you give 
Perlman a job assessment over what his job really entails he is doing 
his job.  One has to remember about 2% of Perlman's job is the Athletic 
Department.  His responsibilities cover vastly more than what happens on 
the football field and covers more important things than what happens on 
the football field.  As far as who fires Perlman?  I would guess it 
would be the Board of Regents.
