[Husker] A couple of questions about coaching contracts

I am guessing here,but correct me if I am wrong. I assume there are few 
if any coaching contracts with performance clauses included. I guess 
there wouldn't be any coaches sign it if those kinds of clauses were 
included.  Also do the coordinators and assistant coaches have contracts 
or do they serve at the pleasure of the head coach?
