Any scenario that would involve the coaches being fired before seasons 
end would probably still involve some of the staff being associated with 
the team until the end of the season.  I just want some confirmation 
that the cleanup process will begin as soon as possible.

Callacant is going to get a payoff for sitting around on his ass the 
next 4 years but all I care about is that he will no longer be 
associated with this great program.
