[Husker] Game

It would seem that the dearth of Jayhawks-game postings may stem from
a generalized depression due to the loss of Keller. If this is indeed
the case, I'd like to suggest it may be a bit premature.

While Kansas ranks #9 in the BCS and must be acknowledged for its
ascent to power, the Jayhawks do face a degree of uncertainty in this
game:
1) Did the Texas game strengthen or weaken the Huskers' confidence?
2) Which NU defense will show up on Saturday, the one pre-Texas or
the one we saw last Saturday?
3) For the past month or so, Kansas has been studying how to throw
Keller out of kilter, but how will it prepare for Joe Ganz who
potentially gives his offense several dimensions it lacked under
Keller, primarily the option.
4) One can't tell from Ganz's few brief game moments how he will fare
against Kansas for a full game, but he acted cool and competent.
5) During this last week, the Jayhawks simply cannot have prepared
adquately for e v e r y t h i n g.
6) Personnel adversity strikes every team sooner or later and reveals
something of a team's intestinal fortitude. It's entirely possible
that the Huskers will rally round the flag and play their best for
Ganz and the team. The opposite, of course, could happen.

Call me crazy (if you haven't already), but I have a hunch Joe Ganz
may leave us wondering why he wasn't quarterbacking several games ago.
