I actually think (with the exception of next year) the schedules have been
the best it's been in decades.

Scheduling one major opponent (USC, Va Tech, Tennesee, etc), 1 mid opponent
(WF, etc) and 1-2 weak opponents (Maine, Utah St, etc) are the best possible
schedules. I don't want to play top 25 teams all 4 preseason games. It's
great for season ticket holders, but it's not great for the team.

The year the 'major' team is on the road (2008) it's a little rough as far
as good home opponents, but playing them on the road is enough for me.

If you think this schedule sucks, who's better? The only one I can really
think of is FSU with the other Florida schools. Almost EVERY major Div I
school schedules ONE (if that) tough opponent each year and then a couple
patsies to pad their record. That's college football, plain and simple.

GO SKERS!

Would you like to see Ohio State, Notre Dame, Florida, and USC for
our pre-season schedule?
