I'd like to see one of them (or similar caliber) each year, yes. Haven't we always said "I want to measure my self and my progress against the best"?  If the goal of the progam is national prominence and perhaps a championship, you don't get it by playing lower-tier OOC schedule.  given the (recent, at least) strengh of the BXII North, winning that division is no longer worth as much.
