     I agree Dick.  I don't want to sound like someone we all know and love 
from the past but it kind of depends on how you define devastating.  If the 
definition is by losing one player the season is lost then I don't believe 
it is devastating because no one player can have that kind of impact. 
However, if devastating is defined by saying losing a certain player will 
have a noticeable negative affect on a team then I believe the loss of 
Bowman is devastating.  It isn't a make or break situation but I believe the 
team will notice his absence.  And, as you say, I feel worse for the kid 
than anything.
