I agree.  As I understand, he was waiting for a parking spot.  Before he could get into the spot someone else pulled out of, a third party scooted into the vacancy.

I'd be ticked too.  And I'm not convinced that the outburst described is really a ticketable offense.

Wow.  I generally am not sympathetic to misbehaving athletes,
but the threshold for "crime" has really come down.
