"620" is WOWT-DT's second digital channel, carried on
digital channel 6.2.  With the advent of HDTV, each TV
station can now partion their signal and can carry
multiple programs at the same time.

"MyTV" is KOLN-DT/KGIN-DT's second digital channel,
carried on digital 10.2 in Lincoln and 11.2 in Grand
Island.

If you don't have HDTV, check with your local cable
provider.  Also, though these channels are carried on
digital signals, they won't be broadcast in HDTV. 
Channels 6, 10, and 11 are using some of the extra
bandwidth that digital TV signals allow to carry
multiple programs rather than carry a more detailed
signal.  I would assume that whoever is producing the
broadcast is doing it in "standard TV format".
