Subject: [Husker] Sadler Says He's Staying at Nebraska

Sadler stated this:
"I don't think it's fair to sit here and say I will never do anything else,"
he said. "What I will say is I haven't got done at Nebraska what I want to
get done.
But, he also said this:
"Here's what I want to say," Sadler said when asked to address the
job-changing rumors. "I want to be at Nebraska to build a program like they
did at Arkansas.
Nick Saban said he wasn't going to Alabama but that is where he is
now. One thing to remember about coaches is they don't really lie or
deliberately lead someone astray. They mean what they say at the time they
say it. Today a given coach may say he is at a certain program to stay.
That is what he means right then. Two weeks from now circumstances may
change.
I believe Doc Sadler's intent is to stay at NU right now. But, if the
Arkansas job was a firm offer he may rethink his position. He has a lot of
ties to Arkansas, Arkansas is a top notch program, and Arkansas has state of
the art facilities. Plus, I am sure he would be making more money than at
NU. I really doubt there is much to worry about, though. I doubt Arkansas
will come calling.
