Pederson didn't keep Collier because of satisfaction with the program. He 
had no money to make any changes. After this year the change would have been 
possible. I am sure Barry knew this and it factored heavily in his decision 
to returrn to Butler.

Many think the Arkansas job will open up this year. That will be great for 
us. As I expressed earlier, this is probably Sadler's dream job, just like 
the baseball job was VanHorn's. I doubt Sadler would leave after just one 
year here.
