      I would ask at what point does he make it and what does he have to 
fall below to break it?  My best guess he will make it unless the wheels 
totally come off the wagon.

      I would guess that to be true.  I was also noticing in this article 
how the agent pretty well put down what Ostergard had to say as well. 
Interesting.
